Title: Account Executive - Supplier Sales
Reporting to: Clark Rauer; VP, Supplier Sales
Position Objective
Obtain new revenue for the company through the sales of First Index product offerings, including Supplier side subscription services.

Professionally represent First Index at all times to ensure long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for acquiring new First Index revenue within the U.S. by developing business relationships for First Index’s FI Lead subscription service.
  • Prospect for, identify, and cultivate sales lead opportunities within a defined set of prospects in a defined geographical territory.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge about customers’ business practices and functions, understand the relationship between the customers’ business and how First Index products/services help overcome their challenges and capture opportunities.
  • Remain knowledgeable about key business trends and communicate pertinent insights to prospective customers.
  • Effectively manage and communicate with manager and sales team regarding the sales process, and be proficient in use of sales force automation tools.
 Experience required for this position
  • Demonstrated sales ability (identify, nurture and close revenue opportunities); assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.
  • 5+ years experience in acquiring and developing new business relationships in a business/professional services environment. (selling experience into manufacturing companies preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota-driven goals.
  • Excellent negotiator, strong presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Title:   Network Administrator 
Reporting to: Shane Steele; Manager, IT & Product Development
Job Description
  •  The Network Administrator (NA) provides support to the company LAN/WAN environment, computers, communications software and hardware, and our 40-50 local and remote desktop users in six locations around the globe. The NA assists the Network Engineer in planning, analyzing, recommending, and installing central computer systems vital to our web presence. The NA participates in planning and designing infrastructure to support objectives. The NA is a member of a team of IT and project managment professionals under the supervision of the Manager of Technology & Product Development. 
Responsibilities
  • Support existing network and domains
  • Manage employee access for new hires and termination/resignation
  • Maintain hardware inventory and software license inventory
  • Perform software upgrades as needed
  • Procure hardware as needed
  • Manage backup process onsite and at server collocation
  • Support network printers and copiers

Experience required for this position

  • Considerable knowledge of the following programs, processes and environments:
    • Windows Server 2003
    • Active Directory
    • Micorosoft Office 2003
    • Remote Desktop Management
    • Office Automation Hardware and Software
    • Network Security Tools
    • Cisco VPN Client
    • AVAYA VoIP System (desired)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users of all skill levels
  • Two year degree in networking or related field
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Technical – must be able to “read” drawings
  • Some occasional travel may be required
