We fabricate a vast array of sheet plastics from .010 styrene to 2.0" industrial UHMW and HDPE. Currently, we operate eight 3-axis CNC mills, with more than 84 available heads. Capabilities include precision cnc milling, micro cutting, routering, machining, bending, bonding, and assembly of plastics. Products produced range from custom point of purchase displays to industrial components including wear parts, dunnage, and returnable container partitions, all to our customer's exact specifications. Description: We at KAL specialize in tight tolerance, cosmetic sheet metal fabrication. Anything from one-piece simple brackets to complete weldments and assemblies are common practice for us. The niche we seem to fit nicely is prototype through low volume production 1-2000 pcs annual is common production quantities. Our ability to laser-turret / turn / mill / weld / stamp / plate / paint all from our two facilities here in Rochester NY, are I believe, what has afforded us the ability to stay competitive in this very demanding marketplace. Lead-time varies pending complexity of components but a typical prototype could be manufactured in as little as 2-5 days.
