Description: Advantage Machining specializes in the precision machining of large industrial pump parts. We have machined replacement parts for a variety of well-known brand-name pumps. Maintaining an inventory of steel replacements parts such as flanges, shafts or impellers is just too costly for our customers in today's demand for lean manufacturing environments. However, when a large pump fails it can shut down an entire system. It is at times like that when every hour seems like an eternity. To meet your needs for fast and accurate response for these type of emergency situations, we have fine tuned our operation to make sure that we have the right equipment, personnel skilled to operate the equipment, the raw material inventory and the quality control for every step of the machining process. Description: AGAR Machining & Welding, Inc. is a versatile job shop with expertise in low to mid volume, quick turnaround contract machining, welding, fabricating and machine building. Established in 1986 and located in Pawtucket, RI in a 13,000 sq ft climate controlled building with 20 employees. Operating a combination of CNC and conventional machine tools with capacity to 72" dia. turning and 4 ft x 5 ft milling. Servicing such industries as pharmaceutical, wire, paper, glass and general manufacturing. Along with contract parts manufacture, AGAR also builds pharmaceutical processing equipment, ASME approved pressure vessels, jigs and fixtures, tools and dies and assorted machinery. Description: Airmate Company is a custom plastic fabricator, and custom printer. We have been in business since 1946, with an experienced, dedicated staff at your service. We fabricate a vast array of sheet plastics from .010 styrene to 2.0" industrial UHMW and HDPE. Currently, we operate eight 3-axis CNC mills, with more than 84 available heads. Capabilities include precision cnc milling, micro cutting, routering, machining, bending, bonding, and assembly of plastics. Products produced range from custom point of purchase displays to industrial components including wear parts, dunnage, and returnable container partitions, all to our customer's exact specifications. Airmate's in-house printing capabilities include screen print, hot stamp, pad print, and heat transfer. We are WBENC certified, and qualify for government and supplier diversity programs.
