We fabricate a vast array of sheet plastics from .010 styrene to 2.0" industrial UHMW and HDPE. Currently, we operate eight 3-axis CNC mills, with more than 84 available heads. Capabilities include precision cnc milling, micro cutting, routering, machining, bending, bonding, and assembly of plastics. Products produced range from custom point of purchase displays to industrial components including wear parts, dunnage, and returnable container partitions, all to our customer's exact specifications. Airmate's in-house printing capabilities include screen print, hot stamp, pad print, and heat transfer. We are WBENC certified, and qualify for government and supplier diversity programs.
