Description: Hutchinson Manufacturing, Inc. (HMI) is a job shop metal fabricator that specialized in one time projects as well as short to medium run production. Primary capabilities include laser cutting, forming, medium and large machining, welding, blasting, painting, and assembly. We certify all our welders to AWS D1.1 and have two CWI's on staff. Our primary working thickness is 12 gage to 3" plate. HMI is capable of producing, machining, and painting weldments to 40,000 pounds. HMI provides metal fabrication services, medium to large weldments from 500 to 45,000 pounds, both precision and large machining capabilities with verticle and horizontal equipment, medium turnings up to 17" diameter x 36" long, blast and paint up to 16' x 18' x 55' in length, and assembly of electromechanical and hydraulic components.

Description: We at KAL specialize in tight tolerance, cosmetic sheet metal fabrication. Anything from one-piece simple brackets to complete weldments and assemblies are common practice for us. The niche we seem to fit nicely is prototype through low volume production 1-2000 pcs annual is common production quantities.
