Description: Airmate Company is a custom plastic fabricator, and custom printer. We have been in business since 1946, with an experienced, dedicated staff at your service. We fabricate a vast array of sheet plastics from .010 styrene to 2.0" industrial UHMW and HDPE. Currently, we operate eight 3-axis CNC mills, with more than 84 available heads. Capabilities include precision cnc milling, micro cutting, routering, machining, bending, bonding, and assembly of plastics. Products produced range from custom point of purchase displays to industrial components including wear parts, dunnage, and returnable container partitions, all to our customer's exact specifications. He is fully trained in business management, CNC programming, CNC machining, cable and test equipment assembly, precision welding, CAD design and computer management. These varied and extensive skills have provided a solid basis for his positive leadership at Alumco. Alumco employs a staff of seventeen dedicated team members that run two 10-hour shifts per day. The lack of employee turnover helps to maintain product consistency and quality workmanship. Description: Jones Creek Machining is a machine shop located in Southeast Georgia. We run small to medium lot sizes ( 1 pc to 10,000 pcs). We specialize in CNC machining. We have three (3) Mazak lathes and one (1) Haas lathes and a CNC Vertical Machining Center and several pieces of manual equipment. We can turn from .100” diameter x .250” long up to 15” in diameter and 48” long. About 50 percent of our business is Department of Defense. We ship all over the US. We feel quality and on-time delivery are the most important parts of our service. Our pricing is competitive. Communications is also very important for good customer relations. Give us a print and we will give you a completed part. Quoting usually takes 3-4 days.
