Description: Han-Nic Metal Manufacturing, Inc. Our manufacturing plant is located in Grand Rapids Michigan. We have press capability starting with 45 ton to 1000 tons, robotic & resistance welding, and powder coat paint lines. Metal stamping dies are used to produce small to large stampings in our presses. We are pleased that our customer base is diversified among many markets (appliance, furniture, automotive, agricultural, recreational and a few others). Our infrastructure is in place with Engineering, Toolroom (Journeyman tool and die employees), Quality (CMM), Sales, and operations management. We provide regular volume, low volume, emergency runs, and one time runs to our customers. We currently are QS9000 registered and are working toward ISO 9001:2000. Our plan is to be registered to ISO 9001:2000 no later than the first quarter of 2006 and then begin building the system to be TS compliant.
