4. Security Measures

First Index has implemented numerous security features to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Our web servers are hosted in a secure data center with 24/7 video surveillance, 24/7 intrusion detection systems, and virus protection software. Our web servers are hosted in a dedicated environment, so data collected from First Index.com is not 'mixed' with data collected from other sites. All access to personally identifiable data is controlled via user IDs and passwords and by database security mechanisms. 6. Accessing and Updating Personal Data

Registered Users of the First Index site may modify, correct, change or update their personal record by editing their profile while logged in to the site. Visitors may request that their personal record be removed permanently from the First Index database by emailing info@firstindex.com (this will result in the Visitor not being able to log in to the site and access the 'customer area' of the site).

7. First Index's Right to Contact User

First Index reserves the right to contact site Visitors regarding account status and changes to the subscriber agreement, privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site Visitors.
