At First Index all buyers and suppliers have a dedicated contact person assigned to their account.   This means that when you have a question or require assistance you can call on someone who already knows you and has an ongoing interest in ensuring that your problems are resolved promptly and that you are able to use the service effectively.

Suppliers
As soon as you choose to become a member of the First Index Supplier Network, you will receive a call from your dedicated customer-care representative, who will make sure your FI SupplierTM account and PROfile are set up correctly, and help you get started using the system immediately.   Your representative will also take the opportunity to introduce themselves, provide you with their contact information, and encourage you to call them directly should you require any assistance later.    After that, we check in with you on a regular basis to answer any questions and make sure that you are getting optimal results from the service.

We also list a First Index staff contact on all RFQs, which is an invaluable resource, because it provides you with another place to call if you have questions or require feedback about a specific RFQ and are unable to reach the buyer directly for any reason.

Buyers
As a buyer using First Index, you will benefit from ongoing training and support from a dedicated Sourcing Advisor assigned to your account.  Your advisor will help you set up your account, provide initial training, and answer any questions you might have.  This means someone will be there to assist you with any aspect of the RFQ cycle, whether it be guiding you through the RFQ creation process, or facilitating effective communication with the suppliers.
